If you remember, I told you back on the 8th that the Brewers weren’t as good as their record (Milwaukee Brewers—Best Record, Not Best Team) and I showed you why. I also mentioned that I expected them to slide—and they did.
Keen baseball bettors have been able to main some nice coin on betting against the Brewers of late. The Brewers lost their three-game series against the Mets. They lost their four-game series against the Phillies. They lost their three-game series against the Twins. And they’ve split their three-game series against the Dodgers so far and they get to face Brad Penny tonight.
In short, the Milwaukee Brewers are in the midst of a 4-8 slide. They are now 28-18. Next up for the Brewers are the San Diego Padres and the Atlanta Braves. Relief is just around the corner though as they get home series against the Chicago Cubs and Florida Marlins.
Keep your eye on the Brewers. There might be some good value with them once they get to the Cubs and Marlins series since they’ve been losing of late.
